Service PLAN
Plan A and Plan B (60-point plan) both offer finger or hydraulic service.
Plan A is a discount plan that does not specify a chef.
Our customer service hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. Please make reservations outside of these hours in advance during the customer service hours.
Reservations made between midnight and 6:00 pm will be charged a night fee of NTD$600.
Overtime service: NTD$500/0.5 hour upon reservation; NTD$700/0.5 hour upon on-site.
Travel expenses are waived within 3 kilometers of the Lion Grove Building as indicated by Google Maps. An additional NTD$80 per kilometer will be charged for travel beyond 3 kilometers.
